Our cleaning goes beyond simply providing a service, it provides a local students and new immigrants with the opportunity to learn new skills, regain financial independence and start rebuilding their lives here in New Brunswick.
Standard Cleaning services
Your house or apartment will be left fresh and hygienic after a regular (weekly, by-weekly or monthly) or single-visit clean that includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.
Use our online booking form to order our services. Simply complete the booking form and once the service time will be confirm, we will send an invoice for deposit payment. When service is complete, we’ll send you a final invoice.
When you choose Saint John Property Doctors Cleaning Team, you are paying for more than a cleaning service. You are helping to support the education for local students, and well-being of a new immigrants.

After-hours & Saturday bookings
Please note the standard price applies to bookings that are completed by 6:00pm. If your booked time finishes after 6:00pm an after-hours rate will apply. Saturday bookings attract a weekend surcharge according to the cleaning award rates. Please contact us for a quote.
About our cleaners
We are committed to providing a sustainable income and financial independence for all our staff. All cleaners are paid according to the market price and more than a minimum New Brunswick wage level.
Our Cleaning staff have a level of English satisfactory to complete nationally accredited training; however, English is not the first language for many of our staff so proficiency will vary.
In the unlikely event of an incident or injury, all our cleaning staff have the appropriate insurance cover. They carry mobile phones, and identification that lists emergency contact details.
