Standard cleaning is designed for routine maintenance, not heavy-duty or specialized cleaning.

- Detailed window tracks
- Detailed baseboard cleaning
- Wall washing
- Heavy grease removal
- Heavy soap-scum or mineral buildup
- Extensive pet-hair removal
- Cleaning behind or underneath heavy furniture
- Extensive de-cluttering or organizing
- Removal of construction or renovation debris
- Mold, biohazard, or hazardous-material cleaning
- Exterior cleaning
- Carpet or upholstery extraction

FIRST-TIME & DEEP CLEANING
If your home has not been professionally cleaned for an extended period, or requires more detailed cleaning than a regular maintenance visit, we may recommend starting with our First-Time / Deep Cleaning Service.
This allows our team to bring the property to a clean starting point before beginning a regular maintenance schedule.
MINIMUM SERVICE TIME
Our minimum booking is 3 hours.
This minimum allows us to provide a professional service while covering the preparation, transportation, equipment, cleaning supplies, and labor required for each appointment.
For larger homes or homes requiring additional work, the estimated service time and price may be adjusted accordingly.

AFTER-HOURS & SATURDAY BOOKINGS
Our standard prices apply to cleaning services completed by 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
An additional surcharge applies to services scheduled to finish after 6:00 PM or performed on Saturdays.
The applicable surcharge will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.
Please contact us if you require after-hours or Saturday cleaning.

Bookings outside our regular service zones may be subject to an additional travel fee, depending on distance and scheduling requirements.

Booking your cleaning is simple.

Provide your property details, preferred date and time, and any additional services you require.
3. Appointment Confirmation
We will review your request and confirm the service time and price.
4. Deposit
Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send an invoice for the required deposit.
5. Professional Cleaning
Our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and completes the agreed cleaning service.
6. Final Invoice
After the service is completed, you will receive your final invoice for any remaining balance or approved additional services.

BEFORE YOUR CLEANING
To help our team provide the best possible service, we recommend:
- Removing personal items from surfaces
- Picking up clothing and personal belongings
- Clearing countertops where possible
- Securing valuable or fragile items
- Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
- Informing us about pets or special conditions
- Letting us know about any areas requiring special attention
Our team can clean around personal belongings, but de-cluttering and organizing are not included in standard cleaning.
CLEANING CONDITIONS & CUSTOM QUOTES
Our prices are based on normal residential cleaning conditions.
If a property requires substantially more time or labor than expected because of excessive dirt, grease, pet hair, clutter, heavy buildup, or other unusual conditions, additional charges may apply.
Whenever possible, we will discuss any significant adjustment with you before additional work is performed.
For properties requiring extensive cleaning, we may recommend a Deep Cleaning Service or customized quote instead of Standard Cleaning.
PETS & ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
We are happy to clean homes with pets.
For everyone’s safety, pets should be secured if they may interfere with the cleaning team’s work or create a safety concern.
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
If our team is unable to access the property because of a customer-related access issue, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or situations where our team arrives but cannot safely access the property may be subject to a cancellation or lockout fee.
Any applicable fee will be communicated as part of your booking terms.
